Looking for an Aqua Sales Manager Indonesia for a multinational feed additive company.                    
Title: Aqua Sales Manager Indonesia   

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Sales Development -manage to get sales in key and Global accounts and create new customer portfolio.
  • Provide *** solution to customers according to identified pain.
  • Being good sales team member communicate with inter-department and feedback market situation to team.
  • Find out opportunity in key accounts and create awareness and build company image.
  • Handle sales process till ensure that all sales transaction was collected and paid.
  • Co-ordinate with Global team for information on Global accounts   

List key knowledge/skills required 

Good understanding of customers in aqua industry of Indonesia.

  • Good Sales skill and business knowledge on how to develop business in different type of organization e.g. premix sector, feed mill sector.                                   
  • Development of long term in aqua business strategies, tactics and plans with clear communication internally and externally
  • Good Computer & language skill
  • Good Problem solving skill   

General Responsibilities

  • Manage all sale order to completely process till payment collection.    
  • Build customer relationship and maintain business.    
  • Build new customer under portfolio to expand sale.     
  • Implement *** management system and *** integrity in day to day basis. 
  • Implement Sandler sales system in all sale activities.    
  • Maintain close relationships across the sale staff and inter- department.   
  • Ensure the good communication and coordination with Customer Service Staff and inter-department.
